2RG Security Limited is a nationwide security firm with over 5 decades of experience within the security industry. 2RG was born as a result of merging partnership between Rocket Security Limited and Rubicon Security primarily specialises in Close Protection and Manned Guarding for a variety of different venues and sectors, previous and present clients include; Rolex, Watches of Switzerland, Universal Engineering, Dawnus Construction and Fraser Hart. In relation, Rubicon Security predominately specialises in Event Security, Festival Security, Door Supervison and Close Protection across various industries and locations. Previous and current clients of Rubicon Security include; The Welsh Rugby Union, The BBC, The National Theatre of Wales and The St David's Hotel & Spa Cardiff Bay where Rubicon specialist Close Protection team has recently protected The Sultan of Brunei and his immediate family during his recent visit to Wales.


2RG Security Limited was formed specifically to create an eleite all rounded security company. Our mission is to protect and ensure that safety of our customers, their people, premises, clients and the general public. We pride ourselves in having the ability to cater to any customer's requirements and fulfil these to the highest standards. 


Our services in our opinion are second to none. From our personnel and training to our state of the art security systems. We provide professional vetted SIA approved security staff fro a broad range of commercial and residential clients. We aim to only recruit security staff that we have personally trained through out sister company Rubicon Training Limited, who also provide training for reputable institutions such as The Price's Trust and Cardiff City Foundation to name a few. We are therefore fully knowledgeable about all our officer' and have the confidence to place the right employees in the right roles. We offer an array of diverse services from Close Protection, to Event Security, to Manned Guarding, to Investigation Services. We aim, through continuous staff awareness and training, to create and maintain the highest levels of environmental responsibility and are committed to the prevention of pollution through continual improvement.

The environment and will take all necessary steps within its power to eliminate, or control,

Environmental hazards and risks by;

  1. Adopting the highest possible environmental standards in all its operations, wherever these are located.

  2. Aiming to make the most economical use of all resources, supplies and energy, incorporating renewable or recycled materials wherever possible.

  3. Keeping ourselves informed of best practices in compliance with environmental legal requirements.

  4. Minimising waste produced in all areas of the business, inclusion of recycled materials and the methods for environmentally acceptable disposal of resources as necessary.

  5. Complying with all applicable legal requirements in relation to our environmental aspects.

  6. Encouraging employee involvement in positive environmental action. 2RG Security ltd will regularly assess the environmental impact of all its operations.

  7. Our environmental objectives and targets shall be reassessed in line with current legislation and at each management review of the Environmental Quality Management System.

  8. Ensuring that company vehicles are, where feasible, environmentally friendly and that our drivers continue to reduce their carbon footprint by measured objectives.

2RG Security Ltd staff has a responsibility towards the environment in which they live and work. A conscientious attitude and a commitment to the company’s objectives are expected from our employees. The contents of this policy shall be communicated to all personnel through induction training, team meetings and on-site briefings.


QUALITY POLICY

We aim to continually improve the products and services we provide to meet our client’s requirements and to produce finished work that we can justifiably be proud of.

We aim to achieve the above by implementing a quality management system that complies with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. It also includes a commitment to meet the requirements of our clients, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Also to the continual development of the system and helping to ensure it remains effective.

Only by providing an outstanding service and product quality will we achieve our aims of long term success and sustained improvements.

All personnel within the company are responsible for the quality of their work. The company provides training and has established systems to assist all personnel to achieve the standards required. While we endeavour to produce work and offer a service that we can be proud of, we have to recognise that we don’t always achieve our own standards. When a customer complains, we are committed to investigating the complaint and will do our best to put right all justified complaints.

The policy, organization and procedures necessary to achieve the necessary requirements are described in our quality management system.

The Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring the quality system and reports regularly to the Senior Management team on the system’s implementation, status and effectiveness.
